4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • Disputed invoices must be raised within 7 days
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, algorithms, and methodologies, remain the property of Alpine Intelligence. Custom solutions developed for clients may have shared ownership as specified in individual contracts.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

Alpine Intelligence's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
